Monthly SEO

Monthly SEO & LinkedIn: $500/month

The following activities will be conducted as part of monthly SEO services. Other activities may be included but not listed.

• Track activity monthly to target new phrases based on impressions (search volume)
• Identify opportunities to optimize pages based on search volume with links throughout content, updated headers, new pages, new posts, etc.
• Add new blog posts with content provided from newsletters and other areas, optimized for keywords
• Conduct monthly phone meetings to review web activity and changes in search engine ranking placement of targeted keywords to identify opportunities for new content
• Take monthly WordPress updates to plug-ins, themes, etc. re-formatting when necessary
• Posting relevant blogs and content provided for the website to Cavitch’s LinkedIn page

This agreement is on a month to month basis, with the assumption that if service has not been cancelled, it will continue. Please give at least a 30-day notice when cancelling the agreement in order to use the final month for transitioning accounts. Select reoccurring payment box for the credit card used to automatically be charged the same amount each month. Service is provided upon payment.

Set-Up Contact Forms: $950 one-time

Replacing the “email attorney” field on each attorney profile with a link to an attorney-specific contact page will allow Cavitch to track website conversions by attorney, signify to the attorney they were contacted as a result of web activity, as well as likely reduce the amount of email lists and email solicitations attorneys receive.

Project includes:

• Creation of 34 individual web forms – one per attorney listed
• Creation of 34 separate pages to house each form
• Creation of a thank you page after form is submitted
• Edits to 34 current Attorney Profile fields to replace email address with “contact” link
• Creation of goal in Google Analytics to track form usage and origination of conversions
• Test of each form

Phase 1. Months 1 – 4

Phase 1 can continue every 4 months, for each area of practice – identifying ideal search phrases to target and optimizing content per this example strategy. The client will determine when to move on to Phase 2, or when to repeat Phase 1 for an additional practice area.
1. Add keyword-rich content and headers throughout existing family law pages
2. Create additional optimized pages focused on keywords with existing expandable content
